Within the past year there have been 2 reverse splits: most recent being in December 2007.

After the December 2007 reverse split, the OS was down to less than 5 million shares.

From December 2007 to May 2008, over 300 million shares were issued.
The PPS dropped during this period down to a 52 week low of 0.0006 due to someone dumping shares on the market.

There was a run up to 0.07 a couple of months ago.
Although the specifics of when shares were issued during the 2nd quarter have not been disclosed (yet), there was a jump that reflects the appearance of someone running out of shares to sell during the “promotional campaign” that created the June hype.

Now we find out that within 3 months an additional 500 million shares have been issued.

I am watching the same trading pattern recurring as it had in the 0.0006 drop and prior to the December 2007 RS.

And FWIW _ I’m playing two other stocks as I sit here writing this reply. Just to have clarity that my time is not being spent completely on this board.

Of course _ all is IMO
