I thought about that the other day. I would NOT buy a gas station franchise right now. There's a Chevron gas station by my house that closed down. I assume because there's a Kroger gas station that sells gas for .15 less per gallon. But, the alternative fuel cars are out NOW. The ones that use LESS gas (hybrids) have morphed to SUV's and even luxury cars like the Lexus.

Couple that with the fact that Americans like to change cars at least every 5 years (3 years if they lease) and voila! By 2012, watch America's consumption of Oil drop tremendously.

Gas stations better start stocking some fresh snacks now! LOL!
