If the Certs had a legend that would not have been possible right ??? As far as everyone is concerned that makes them fake.

No it doesn't. They would only have had a restrictive legend if Urbie had told the TA they were certs for restricted stock. Instead, he told them they were free trading, and gave the TA questionable opinion letters stating that that was the case.

Another thing try contacting the other Transfer agents please...
I have it in writing from them that CMKX never used any other transfer agent and all the hype in the media is a lie.

Huh? What "hype in the media"? First Global was the only TA they used. At one point in the summer of 2004 they announced that they were switching to Pacific International, but that deal fell through quickly.
