Likwit something doesn't add up here. the connection to the old defunk DTGP shell and products and now the unloading of shares for conversion of debt for a quarter of a million dollars when the company is saying it is awash with many millions of sales...

Company should have simply paid the debt in cash. This is a dilution pig in action and the 60 day clock is ticking here!

I say this drops to a penny fasted than a rock in pail of water!
