CORNELL/YORKVILLE is balking at any payoff and collecting liquidated damages monthly...

supposedly lawyers are involved but we are in the dark as to any progress

i don't think a vulture investor should be allowed to kill a company when they have the assets to pay off indebtedness

i wrote the SEC but heard nothing back
