If you did, then why didn't you try to enforce it? if you didn't, why is it the SEC's job to protect you from your own stupidity. Urbies is a crook. he'd ben a crook for a long, long time. You made an absolutely reckless decision with your money. If you drive recklessly and total your car, is that fault of the police? Maybe the car maker? You invested recklessly, ignored all the warning signs and red lights ... and lost. So what? Life goes on.
