Now that I have finished throwing up I am ready to think about this logicaly. If they use any or all of what they have learned from Globetel while they were in our employment and they make any money we can sue them. There has been many small companies that have sued large companies for using their ideas and have received sizable settlements and royalties. I think we can proof that all these people worked for Globetel and then started their own companies with the same technology we were trying to do. Globetel needs to do something about this. I don't care what agreement people sign or not this is not legal. I know believe in Globetel more since everyone is trying to make money on what we had. I am glad Jon Leinwand is not letting Globetel and Sanswire go. I am hoping that I am right that we are a lot closer than any of them.
