I agree with you that there is the possibility that having stood before a judge, J.D. might have reconsidered his ethics. I have been in this as long as you and am also hoping for some kind of jump in pps in order to liquidate my position. Then I'll sit and watch what happens. The next pr should really be the tell tale one which will prove whether there has been progress or not. If the next one to come out includes some kind of delay, then I think we'll all know exactly what is going on: fraud again. I'm sure there will be more than enough people willing to file a class action law suit if that turns out to be the case.
