Look at John,, I am not in left field.. I told you that they were so excited about the deal that they did not do their DD. I have rec'd this info from an excellent souree whose name I cannot mention.. So don't start with this stuff about JL... we all know his MO which is BS and lies..

They even paid JL sign without getting what they should have gotten which was to have 5-0 control of the board and settled for 3-2..and also they had no knowledge of what wells they owned either or the acreage they now controlled
