John, it's much simpler than that. They paid themselves huge salaries and did so at the expense of pbls by stiffing every creditor, or person who they conned into lending them $.
How did they con $ out of decent people?: by borrowing anginst purchase orders, they showed, for minerals out of the murphy pit.
