Riley, my take on it is it seems to be in the bag. Its tough to say, it gets so damn technical when you try to read the patent and I am no computer genius. The one thing I took from it is that it is a pretty broad patent. It effects every microprocessor that moves faster than I think 30 something ghz or whatever. So thats good and bad depending on how you look at it. I also own a little idcc. Similar thing except in the phone sector. They own an impressive portfolio consisting of key patents in third generation wireless. The Japanese companies settled out of court but nokia is still fighting it. So to sum it up "when" they win big bucks, if they loose nothing lost its a 9 cent stock
