Adam is one smart guy!!
Buying properties at 1/100 of there worth!!
Simply amazing!!!!!!!!
Also,if he was to raise money he'd be smart enough to let
this run up first.
Let the boys get some!!
Then get his if he needs it.
Which I doubt he will after he gets a huge bid offer for
the bricks.
I cant wait until I see his next venture.
