It isn't great DD on his part b/c it was posted by many here well before he got here. The shame is that the folks who got upset because they didn't qualify for the loans b/c they screwed up their credit. Those disgruntled people ran to the media b/c HCPC wouldn't be a party to what Bear Stearns, Indy Mac, Wachovia and many others were doing to approve loans. THAT IS THE SHAME that they paid a fee when they KNEW they wouldn't pass the stringent tests to qualify for the loans through HCPC... and did it anyway lol. They got what they deserved just as flippers here did.
