UVCL - some more to think about...

Besides the charts, which apparently show(ed) similarities to last September's run up, I've been looking at other factors that have influenced me to wait before selling my UVCL shares. I bought in during Monday's rally, but wasn't convinced it was time to sell yet. Someone on the RB UVCL board posted a link to the "Basher's Handbook" http://messageboardfools.com/bashers.htm , which could be taken with a grain of salt, but based on my experience reading RB posts, I believe that these bashers do come in at opportune times to scare out weakly-held shares. Over the past few days, the number of basher postings on the RB UVCL board has increased quite a bit. Why would anyone bother to bash a stock that's going down in price?

Also, I've read on this ihub board and on the RB UVCL board some posts alluding to UVCL's CEO having sold into rallies in the past--if this is the case, and he now has some news to release, with the intrigue of the market still somewhat there, he might have a (short-term?) winner.

Regarding why the charts don't look as good as in Sept, and why the rally appeared to have died early, I suspect that's the MM's doing. If you watch the individual trades going through, keep an eye out for the 5000 share trades that precede a drop in the bid and ask--the "shaking of the tree" syndrome. Lots of it going on the past couple of days.

I admit it's a gamble, but I'm holding for a rally on UVCL news releases, hopefully soon. What I'm still trying to figure out is how high Sean Fulda hopes to take the share price, before letting it go (and selling his shares?). Or, perchance, is part of the "growth plans" noted in the latest PR something that has long-term potential, and could actually permanently escalate the share price?

Just my 2 cents. (My first post here on ihub. BTW, I've enjoyed the congeniality of BB's Penny Haven board--this seems like a nice group.)
