"Since our shares are not legit, we have no claim to anything except trying to get the MM's or our Brokers to pay the dividend. Also, keep in mind that after they pay the divy, if they do, there is no further value to the stock we hold. I know the MM's supposedly could face some problems if they don't raise the bid high enough to buy us all out, but based on the way the SEC has always seemed to ignore naked shorting, I don't know that there would be any consequences for the shorters on this stock either."

Our shares are legit as they were sold to us by the brokerages
and Market Makers. Marker Makers and Brokerages must account
for all shares especially if dividend is being paid and must
pay dividend on all shares in the hands of Investors. This is why the MM & B'S will raise the price to account for dividend and future market valuation of BIHC after the deal is consumated and released to the public.IMHO and have verified with Broker.

No doubt MM's are holding price down to induce selling but at
some time the rubber band will snap.

My question is about the influence of investors "in the know"
"inside info traders" that may or not influence the trading
of the stock????
