Nervous, this is the same problem I have asked about several times. If BIHC owns all or most of the float, plus the 63mil shares that are restricted, then they basically own all of the Co. and we're not really even shareholders. We are air-shareholders. Under these conditions, the Co. has no obligation to us at all. They sell the Co., pay the dividend to the Restricted shareholders (themselves), and if they retired the float they bought back, then the rest of the money goes into the Co. coffers. Since our shares are not legit, we have no claim to anything except trying to get the MM's or our Brokers to pay the dividend. Also, keep in mind that after they pay the divy, if they do, there is no further value to the stock we hold. I know the MM's supposedly could face some problems if they don't raise the bid high enough to buy us all out, but based on the way the SEC has always seemed to ignore naked shorting, I don't know that there would be any consequences for the shorters on this stock either.

OK I know all of you will say I am a basher or that I am putting doubt in your minds, but that is BS. I have 695k shares and have always been long, and will continue to be, but come on, you can't say that some of this doesn't make sense. I also think Galo is straight up, but the shorts seem to have gone wild with this stock. Don't keep telling everyone how great and honest Galo is, I agree with that, but try to explain to me how I am totally wrong with the facts as I have just explained.
