Why ask those questions since in the 8k it was stated that the shares were cancelled not are going to be cancelled. The majority of the shares were cancelled on 7/23 or before thats 2 weeks ago.

On July 23, 2008 the Company had an amount of 32,295,377,817 outstanding shares of Common Stock. This was calculated after the Company
had repurchased and cancelled an amount of 26,855,472,240 shares of its Common Stock on or before July 23, 2008.
