These are serious questions.
First, I'm pretty new to stock trading so these questions will probably confirm that.
Second. I'm certainly not bashing QMNM or Eugene since I'm down 38% so have LOTS of reasons why I want it to fly.

With that said, here's the question:

With Eugene holding all the voting shares and complete control of the company, why - other than wanting to be a nice guy - is it in his interests to "look out" for the shareholders?

In major companies with a true board of directors etc., it's in their interests because they can be voted out, usually have a stake in common shares etc.

In QMNM, it seems to me the company received it's money when it first issued the stock.
So why is it of any concern where the stock goes after that since it's not benefiting from buys and sells?
Full production for the company will certainly be good, but how does that income (profit?) flow to me?
The only way I see it can, is if there is a dividend and that's in the hands of one person and whether he wants to to not.
If I make any profit on my investment, it seems to me it comes from selling my holdings for more than I paid for them.
Company profit doesn't really come to me.

These questions aren't meant to cast any light on Eugene one way or the other.

As you can see. Newbie questions.
But I would appreciate serious answers please.
