Alright so I called-

Got a hold of the secretary of the Portfolio and Asset President at First Capital. However he was not in at the current moment due to board meeting, I did leave a message with the secretary and only stated that "I was interested in purchasing an asset that the company currently posses." I got his name as well. I'm just waiting for a call back.

I'm going to try and suck as much information out of him as possible. I'll see what I can do.
