I really do hope Jason can turn this around for everyone.
I honestly think that the best thing for this company would be to focus solely on invogue, would like to hear peoples opinions on this?
I believe it is easier to open an invogue store, costs less to open it (meaning more stores can be opened with less funds), keep it stocked, advertise it, the margins are way higher (demonstrated in altus), and its more affordable because the stores are smaller and can get rid of inventory faster...I think it would be easier to audit financials from that business as well, since everything so far has been done at one location and online.
Just a thought. I like the market 99 idea but I think its going to be difficult to sustain like some have said.
