On Level 2, 11 sellers and no buyers. The price ranges from .0001 to .0005 on the ask. No ones on the bid because orders are filled as fast as there're made. So, the supply is great. Last buy at 14:33:15 for a million shares. Volume is up, too. The think the HCPC is selling stock. What do you think??
