What are they suppost to say, we can't get LG until SAMSUNG settles but here is Novatel?

I don't doubt they are in economic discussions with both Palmone and Novatel. We have had 3 licenses in the past year none of them had big 2g infridgement revenues due. Of course they have to say Nokia arb is not an inhibitor and I'm sure the companies that are negotiating like LG are not telling IDCC that we won't sign until we see what Nokia and Samsung pay.
