Well i think it is quite obvius that there is several misleading information from the CLYW management. For example I`ve read at their homepage that they "Calypso stunned the telecommunication industry when it introduced the world’s first mobile video phone, the C1250i that works seamlessly on both traditional cellular/digital frequencies and the now exciting Wi-Fi frequency. Using broadband, it offers a super fast internet connection that allows users to video conference with movie like quality, to send and receive video clips with audio, movies on demand, and many other high speed services." How can this be when they`re income is extremly low at the moment. I also find it strange that their supposedly 500 million contract in China is claimed to have 500 million dollars as an intial target. How can 500 million dollars be intial when there is only 2 years left of the contract and we haven`t seen any real income from this. Their also saying their product will be shipped in 4 quarter 2004, well in 4 quarter 2004 there will only be one year left of the contract. Are we supposed to believe that they will gain 500 million dollars from China Telecom alone in 2005? Total income from Clyw in 2003 was not even near 1 million dollar, are we suppose to believe that income will rise from under 1 million dollars to more than 500 million dollars in 2005?

I thin it is a clear sign of something being wrong when Clyw aren`t updating progress on their agreements. We can all see that they NEVER will recieve anythin near 500 million dollars from China Telecom, but I haven`t seen anything saying that they are reducing the target for this agreement.

This Robert Leon thing i also not good. If Nlight`s information is right than Clyw shouldn`t talk about Leon as an important member of staff on the homepage. If Leon has resigned from CLYW i also seriously doubt that their technology is any good. Why would someone resign from something that will supposedly change technology and supposedly be huge? Any real inventor will stick with the technology and company if there is any future, it has to do with honour and the fact that you wonna see your dream come true! Lord Ship also mention the money problem, if clyw has under 200 000 dollars left, then their in serious problems. I doubt they`ll manage to get anything near 5 million dollars, and I think this company is in serious problems. I think people should take a look at the results and cash position and some of their missleading company and you will all see that their is a good chance that this company will be bankrupt by the end 0f 2004 or that someone will buy the remainging assets if their any good!
