In 2003 filed annual report CLYW says:

See the term "this business plan"? Has this table been cut and pasted from some old stuff without rephrasing “this business plan” OR has this “typo” been left in as a deliberate mistake so that they could try to get away with his inclusion as an error?
CLYW don’t have any money left.
They have had to admit:
“At December 31, 2003, we had working capital of $172,704.
The Company needs an additional $5 million to complete the process and begin shipment of the products. Our material funding requirements of $5 million includes working capital, marketing costs, acquisition costs, general and administrative costs, and the purchase of inventory and technology.”
In the 5 months since Dec. 2003 they would have blown the $172,704 many times over since they don’t have any revenue! Last years General and administrative expenses were $ 2,427,133. That is $200,000 per month!
Enitel:
Enitel is supposed to be part of Swedtel? Swedtel’s website does not mention Enitel with one word!
Patent:
CLYW explicitly say OUR patent, and that should mean beneficial ownership (with ALL its benefits and obligations).
