I don't care who claims to win or lose, I do care about the stock price. My feeling is this sudden change to deemphasize Nokia and Samsung numbers is a positive that could be prelude to a settlement.

We all screamed about the Ericsson settlement being too low but can you imagine the stock price if we did not settle? Probably $10 a share if that.

I'm hoping Howard and Company realize that the best route here is to settle and move on. The watershed event became a Dam blocking progress on all major licenses.
