I agree Steady and we may very well see other tactics by the defendants but so far, we have defeated every one of them. If it takes a little longer than we think then so be it. I can wait.

As for OJ, there were many things favoring OJ such as the negative perception of white cops, OJ's celebrity status and the poor job the prosecution did. In this case, there is already a bias against big oil and the belief they are greedy so if anything, things are leaning in our favor.
