I absolutely would never post something I knew was incorrect and most of what I post is personal opinion weighing all the information I can gather. If I post anything that infers knowledge of an issue or perceived fact, then it should also be considered as "at that moment" info. I have no inside to Joe "screw the shareholders" Lanza and his ability to change plans at a moments notice if it will get him a dime more. I must warn everyone that although this new deal probably has the best chance ever of being completed, it still has not been completed. This is one instance that optimisms and caution should be considered very closely. Several have suggested it might be wise to wait until the deal is totally completed before getting in to avoid the risk factor as much as possible.

It is my hopes and prayers that this deal is completed and you all do well in BDGR.
