Boy oh boy. What a bunch of whinerrs we have here. Do the words Chicken Little mean anything to anyone?

What are we really looking at? The company is in full production. We have solid news that the mine has been rehabbed back to a status that is yielding tons of coal daily. Fundamentally, this is strong and only going to get stronger.

Next, we have additionally mines that will also have to be brought online. Does anyone have any idea how much this equipment will run to make that happen? Will the shares be used for this? Do the words acquistion mean anything to you? Would you all be upset if Quest bought out another excavation company on the cheap for the cost of a few measly shares?

My thoughts are that this is only for the better of the company. Most likely some panic stricken traders will sell out because they do not understand the purpose of trading. Will this make the share price go in the crapper? Not at all. You see, the shares have to be introduced into the float for that to happen and there is no mention that the float is increasing.

All this goes to show is that, given a chance, some people will let their emotions rule their choices while smart people have control over their own thoughts.

Think of it like this... where in these filings does it state that there is going to be shares sold into the public? It doesn't. What does it say what these shares will be used for? It says these shares are for the betterment of the company and that translates into a company that will be in a stronger position to make stronger choices such as expansion and growth.

In other words, if the shares are used to acquire something else of equal or much greater value, does the value of the company go down, remain the same, or increase. Of course, the answer is this increases the value of the company. So, if the value of the company increases, so does the value of the shares. So, the story goes, we have the same company today as we had yesterday but now in a position to INCREASE it's health, value, and position in the market place.

Geez, people... take a chill pill.
