...that anyone (Jerry Eiche) from YA has made themselves known in a PR and have come out to back NeoMedia. Looks like whatever parties were concerned about or dependent upon secured financing to proceed with agreements with NeoMedia have just been formally addressed and resolved. $9Mil. is no small funding contribution especially in todays credit markets.
