here's something that I found in the AGWS filings at EDGAR. It is in the first comments given by the SEC.
1. Please be advised that your registration statement will automatically become effective sixty days after filing. Since you filed on April 19, 2007, your filing will become effective on June 18, 2007. Upon effectiveness, you will become subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, even if we have not cleared your comments.
