Say they can produce 1500 tonnes of clean coal/day
and lets say they make $40./tonne
5 days per week
That means $300,000 per week 15.6 million in a year
Use O/S at 900 million
that is earning of 1.7 cents per share. no with this market they way it is we will use 2 example
5 time's earning's 8.6 cents
10 times earnings is 17 cents..
it is hard to say what the market will do with these numbers
Now these in My Opinion are worst case scenario's
Production will go up
Another mine will come on line
We will get out of BK
The price of coal will continue to rise
..But to me 5 bucks is out of the question.
say they were lucky enough to get a buyer of the company at 2 bucks a tonne that is still only 4-5 cents per share( maybe i am wrong on that one, a round of golf and a few beers has clouded my mind.)
i would be hoping for a buck, maybe 2 down the road, and higher i doubt it
