First off, the cc only solidified the PR's. As we all know, pr lies. It was a sincere effort from the owner to let shareholders know he is operational. We shareholders should respect the fact he went on record saying it, and not some attorney putting a disclamer at the bottom. The end of the cc had no disclaimer, and I feel that was the main reason for the cc. It keeps him out of trouble and shareholders. I cant wait to find out what this share structure is. He in no way would sell shares at this price if he is funtioning as a coal mine. PEACE
