You're exactly right, miser57. Premiums are paid on lower sulfur coal. What will really make this product attractive to end user is sustainable production. If they can't count on getting it from the mine as promised, they'll look elsewhere.
As far qualified miners, right again. In order for a new hire off the street, that person has to go through 40 hrs of training before going to work ug. Then, they have to be within sight of an experienced miner for 90 days before they're allowed to work alone. Hopefully, Whitestar has an experienced workforce.
