HCPC has huge problems, the outstanding shares vs. revenue vs. enterprise value. Which ever you want to pick.

Let’s compare HCPC to REV. REV trades at 1.22 with about half billion shares outstanding. The enterprise value is at 2.03 billion dollars. REV has 46.85 million in levered free cash flow. Insiders hold 58.03% of the stock and institutions hold 31% of the stock.

I DON’T SEE HCPC going to 1.00 or more with the current O/S or current enterprise value or share statistics. Maybe, after the outstanding shares have been bought back to the range of billion to half a billion will we see half that price. Not trying to slam the stock, I have a few shares. I bet .01-.04 is possible, but unlikely in that 90 day range.

Hopefully, Carol continues the bloc program. Buying back these shares is big. Once, the outstanding shares are in an expectable range, the market will take care of the rest.

Many of the traders, flipper, will sell and fail to buy back in as the price rises. The flipper will think the price is to high and wait for that bottom price. So, the longs with win if the O/S becomes expectable.
