Ongoing costs to NEOM or any phone-based application provider include:
- ongoing development & testing as the phone's operating system/environment changes
- ongoing bug fixes for the existing application
- telephone or email support for the end consumer (they will call NEOM if they have difficulty downloading, installing, or using the application)
