Under the terms of the deal announced this week, QuarTek will receive cash payments totaling $300,000 between now and March, when it expects to conclude its research and development work for Consolidated Ecoprogress. The company is also receiving 4.15 million shares of the Canadian company's stock now, and another 2.5 million shares upon completion.
