A44 Why don't you become the moderator of this board and then send Bruce a registered letter asking to see the financials or whatever records they have. Tell him you are an auditor representing a group of stockholders holding "x" amount of shares. If he fails to release this requested information inform him you have no other alternative but to send a letter to the regulators or maybe the Justice Department for investigation.
