Yup. If Hall and Harlan don't want to be ousted, they can easily prevent that. They can create super voting shares in the blink of an eye, if they haven't already done so.

They obviously didn't tell L&M anything about the share structure. I imagine they were only willing to talk with him because they thought he could keep the TLs in line.
