It sure is, and he followed it up with this and another f other responses to questions. I think he is suffering a delusion if he for one second thinks a proxy vote could oust these guys when they can issue themselves as many shares as they wish with the stroke of a pen. Better yet, restricted shares with super voting rights, like Fat Boy did.
