LMG, I don't get what you are saying, "...they were so hyped the didn't know what was what..." You are an "insider" of sorts, or at least you leave that impression. Are you trying to tell us the deal is going south? Let's be clear, professional business people who know they are going to have to raise millions of new investment, don't do deals on a whim, they do their DD. I don't get your remarks, unless you know the deal in already coming apart?
