FRTL....GANGBUSTER CITY!

I finally was able to get ahold of Ed. Heres the short and skinny.
1) Envit was waiting on a letter from the the state of Cali. more or less. this was received.
2) waiting on DTC to clear the deal. coming soon, but it is out of his hands.
3)Once DTC says go with it(and they will) The approval from them goes to the nasdaq who is waiting to rubber stamp it and let this horse out of the chute. FINALLY!!!
4)Financials are completed and they are waiting on final approval from auditor. financials will be posted soon after the merger is complete.
5)We can expect acquisition pr's as well. The company has pr's lined up for the coming months that ed is very excited about. no specifics, he is very tight lipped on most issues.
he will not even come close to crossing the line. that is reassuring. (how many here has heard the grand ridiculous claims of penny stock ceos??)
6) AFTER THE MERGER WE WILL BE IN THE CROSSHAIRS OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS!!!
7)NO 504's!!!! NO GAGGED TA's or that silly nonsense we have all been subjected to or witnessed with utter disqust.
8)Ed plans to set up a conference call not long after the merger to share as much as he can with investors. He says very soon he will be one of the most transparent pink sheet companies on the market. And we arent going to stay on the pinks!!
9)Imade it perfectly clear to ed that if current shareholders in the shell get the shaft during the merger that he will never live it down and will be slandered on stock board that exists. he is well aware of this and not in the least bit concerned. he said we will be happy and thats all he said. I made it clear that in our mind happiness is $$$ not being in the red and listen to bunch of grand claims.
he laughed and said he was all too aware of this fact and isnt concerned. With all he has going on a bunch of pissed bagholders would be the ultimate thorn in his side.
ITS COMING YALL!!!! IMO envit is going to be a powerhouse. I am a pretty LARGE shareholder. of course waiting can be hell. every hour seems like a day. BUT HERE I AM AND HERE I SHALL STAY!!!!!!!!! I did put up some shares on the ask at MUCH higher levels. bags away from here, thats for sure!!
