Tax invasion! Ahhhhh! Nice to know about this, but that was also 24 years ago...; if someone hasn't been in trouble from over two decades, then statistically they're not likely to do it again. Going to jail can keep some people honest, and if he did then I doubt he's willing to risk it again; especially in middle- to old-age.
