NO ,,the pre-petition liabilities were 7.1mil,,post petition 8.3 mil,,,200k is interest and 780k in mine rehab then some b.s. administrative for a feww hundred . here is the key if you have 500k in unsecured they will pay maybe 1.2 m in the plan so once confirmed they go from 8 mil in liabilities to 3.2-3.5ml in liabilities with a mine replacement value of 5-6 they are immediately good to go
