Very true so the SEC had no idea that such a huge number of shares were being sold. I recall watching on 2nd level and seeing at times 13,000,000,000 being sold on a daily basis.
Others claim it was as high as 40,000,000,000 on some days but I personally saw 13 billion shares.

Even at only 0.0001/share its $1,300,000 a day.
