John 19, to answer your question, "...do I really believe they would allow Lanza to pull the same thing again...." Yes, I do. This is what Lanza has done all his life. He dumped Lou's Board, right? But more important than what I believe is what potential investors believe. Who do you think is going to invest in BD with Lanza still on the Board, still the majority share holder, and able to replace the Board when he decides it is time? Ain't going to happen. Lanza is not bankable and neither is BD with hims still in control. I've read the PR many times and I don't see any difference between now and when Lou's group ran the Board. And Lanza called a meeting and replaced them.
Just look at the whole PR mess, how it was distributed. Looks just like another Lanza mess.
And it is not just me that sees this an another Lanza scam. We are at .03 and going lower. The game is just about over.
