Very good post. Lot's of company's share prices do just fine with debt on their balance sheets. It's how it is managed that counts. Unfortunately, the BK will force pay off of current liabilities quickly. Probably the best approach to this problem is a combination of SLOW share dilution, AND re payment from profits.
