Nils is a great contributor to this board because he researches and finds and posts news concerning what other companies are doing in our arena of activity. It is important to understand, at least in my mind, what is going on around you at all times. Very few others even make that effort in time and research for us.
Yes, I understand it is not our stuff, but it is relevant...no?
And as to would we know after the SEC meeting what was doing? That is very clear by the posts Rapi made with the SEC and court document filings, already posted and disclosed here. The key is that the company and the SEC continue to negotiate a settlement, to AVOID going to trial.
Furthermore, and this will delight those who hate company communiques to shareholders through IR or otherwise...
This company has shut down all communications tighter that a giant clam shell.
First time I have seen this.
Something big is afoot, is my opinion, and I have no idea what it is.
