One transaction is not the big picture...After initially researching this company,I noticed that only a few folks post about it on RB and I read only an occasional post there...The overall market has looked vunerable since last November and I moved this to the top of my list to own in 2004 in BB stocks...They look to have a decent balance sheet,low O/S shares, a realistic business plan, and lots of upside revenue potential...Only time will provide future results...But, when most company prices retreat, it is best to own what you feel will persevere, recover, and hopefully improve...Best of luck...JMO...LJ
