An Interesting transaction indeed

Not sure what to think, though I do like that the 1,000,000 shares are in unregistered stock which should require the original owner to hold the stock for a year instead of selling it into the market right away.

Likely the collectibles when sold will bring in some fraction of the appraised value, but it will add some liquidity to give Mr. Strattan some room to pull off his strategy. Hopefully it will be a win-win for everyone.
