braden in the relm doc is stated that cremel owned 60% on another entity to thr tune of 4.2 billion shares. our educated assumption is that cremel owns 4.2 billion shares of hcpc. imo that could be the way they plan to buy back or lock up the float so to speak.

what are your thoughts on that?
